Brian Marschall has deep roots in San Angelo, TX. Brian received an Accounting Degree at Angelo State University prior to going to work in public accounting and tax return preparation. Brian began his banking career in 1994 working his way up from a credit analyst to branch manager. Crockett National Bank welcomed Brian in 1997 and since then he has built a long standing clientele. Brian is a Senior Vice President with a focus on loan servicing and ranch real estate lending.
Blake Behrens began his banking career in January of 2000 upon graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. He immediately began financing ranch acquisitions and has since been involved in transactions in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma and Oregon. Since that time, he has been involved in over $350 million in ranch transactions in over 150 counties in 5 states.
Blake has worked hard to build a strong referral network with brokers and real estate agents, repeat clients, attorneys, appraisers, title company professionals and many others. He has worked with developers, investors, recreational buyers and professionals from all aspects of life in the financing of land and ranch properties.
He has extensive knowledge of land valuation and the changing land markets as well as experience in management and conservation practices on ranch properties. Blake has ranching interests in Tom Green County, Texas. He is a member and supporter of the Texas Wildlife Association, Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
Roger Parker is a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics and Minor in Finance. Roger began his career in the Texas Panhandle before making his way to the Hill Country & South Texas. Prior to joining Crockett National Bank in 2009, Roger had multiple roles with Farm Credit Bank including Credit Analyst, Loan Officer, Branch President, and Relationship Manager. Roger has grown Crockett's San Antonio portfolio from $13 to $100 million in less than 5 years.
A native of Smithville, Texas, Joe Patterson was raised on a family-owned registered Brahman and commercial cattle ranch. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1988 with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics. Joe is a recognized expert in ranch, rural property, and country home financing with an emphasis on personal customer service, and came to CNB in 2013 with more than 12 years of experience as a Vice President/Branch Manager at Capital Farm Credit. Prior to CFC, Joe served the Texas agribusiness industry in management and marketing positions with the Texas Beef Council and the International Brangus Breeders Association.
Patterson is actively involved as an affiliate member of several state and area real estate organizations, including the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of Realtors, the Seguin Board of Realtors, the San Antonio Board of Realtors Farm & Land Committee, and the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers (TALB). He served two terms on the TALB board of directors in 2009 and 2010 as the group’s first-ever Affiliate Director, and was honored by that group in 2010 as the first non-Realtor to receive their prestigious Joe M. Cullinan Distinguished Service Award for exemplary service as a practitioner of rural land financing.
